Delivery time / Shipping of orders

The orders are delivered by the forwarder selected by WEEFIZ to the adress on the order confirmation. The choice for the shipping way depends on the detination of the items.

Your order is shipped between 1 and 2 working days after the date of order.
In case of unusal delay a mail will be send to you.

During the shipping of your order, a mail of confirmation will be sent. This mail will indicate the day we have shipped your order. (shipping from our wharehouse). The tracking number will be available in your account on www.weefiz.com. Use it on the website of our logistic patner to follow your oder.

If your order is shipped by Colissimo and if you are not there during delivery, a document will be put in your mailbox. You will have about 10 days to get your order at the post office. Tracking number woul be also indicated on the document.

If your order is sent by an other forwarder (Chronopost for example) and if your are not there during the delivery, a document will be left. Use the telephone number on this document and shedule an other apointment.

In case of the forwarder could't deliver your order, it will be returned to us. We will contact you by mail to inform you and we will confirm with you the delivery adress and decide of an other delivery date.
