All items on WEEFIZ.COM are in available in stock. It can happens, the size you are looking for is sold out. Only sizes available can be order on the website.

How can i make my order?
Select the item you like : WEEFIZ.COM give you different way for searching :
The quick election of your criterias : Enter the key words of your search (color, size, price, etc…) or use the multiple filters available.
The search with 2 entries :
- Go throught by section, Shoes, Tee-shirt, Clothing, Accessorize, Collectors, Promotions and discover all our products available.
- Select the brand from the home page and access to all our available products.
Your choice is made ? Select your size in the item card of the product and click on "Add" to fill in your trolley. When your shooping is over click on "order" and follow the steps to finish your order :
1. Delivery Informations : check the recap of your order and the delivery adress.
2. Payment informations : Choose the way of payment ant the type of delivery. Leave us a comment.
3. Confirm : Enter the informations for the payment.
4. End : Process is over. You are going to receive very soon a email with the number and the recap of your order .
How long does it take to proceed with my order ?
All the orders confirmed before 12PM are shipped the same day. A confirmation of shipping will inform you of the delivery time of your order.
How can i know if my order has been proceeded ?
When you will have confirm your order online, WEEFIZ.COM send you a email of confirmation with the number of your order. Track your order at any time in the section "my orders" on your WEEFIZ.COM account. You would track your order throught the forwarder website www.coliposte.net with your tracking number.
Can i change or cancel my order ?
You cannot change an order when it has been confirmed. You will have to make a return and make a new one.

Which type of payment do you accept ?
Choose the way of payment on the page « Information payment » during your order
- Payment with credit card : Make your shopping and pay by credit card. Select this way of payment in the page "Payment information" & access the page "Confirm". Enter the number of your card, expiry and the security code in the back of your card.
- Payment with Paypal : A secure and easy way to pay your orders. Select this way of payment in the page « Payment informations », enter your login and password to proceed with your payment.
- Payment by checks (checks must be made from a French or a Monaco Bank). Once your cheque would have been credited we will ship your order.

Can i be delivered to an other place than my home ?
Your WEEFIZ.COM account let you register a delivery adress that can be different that you invoicing adress… Great to send some gifts to friends & family or to receive your order on holidays or at your work !
You can track your order on www.coliposte.net. In the section "privates", enter your tracking number indicated in your WEEFIZ.COM account.
I haven't received my order...what can i do ?
Your order and followed and delivered by La Poste. It is given with a signature at the delivery adress indicated in your order.
In case there is nobody, La Poste let you a document to give you the process to get your oder at the poste office. You will have 15 days to go get your order at the post office.
Differents situations can happens :
1. If your order is send back to us, our customer service will contact you the day we will receive your package in order to send it back as fast as possible.
2. If you packahe is still at the post office, get your tracking number and you Id to get your order.
3. If you haven't received you package aftern few days and you have no document in you mail box from the poste office, Track your order on the website of the forwarder www.coliposte.net & contact us here.
THE RETURN
What are the possibilities to retrun my order ?
1. Exchange : Items on WEEFIZ.COM can be exchange for an other size, or/and an other color or for an item of same value, if it is available in stock
2. The refund : if you make the request, WEEFIZ.COM can refund your order. We will recash your account of the amount of the items you returned.
Who has to pay for the returns ?
The item you bought is doesn't satisfy you 100%? With WEEFIZ.COM, vous have 7 days from the day you have received your order to send us back the products you doesn't want.
WEEFIZ .COM doesn't pay for the returns from France & foreign countries
To be accepted the returns item have to be brand new and in their original boxes.
Because you have to take care of the returns you make, we recommend to keep the receipt from the post office.
WEEFIZ.COM will not be responsible in case of loose or damages on the package during freight.
